Tasty full bodied and soft with a light bitterish and characteristic aftertaste.Flavour:Full bodied and enveloping hinthsof "new world", with a long lingering,characteristic aftertaste.Ideal with fish,pasta dishes,risottos,white meat.Serve at 8/10C temperature.
